Shota Berekashvili
Managing Partner
Shota Berekashvili has served as a head of construction management since 2017. Before that, from 2009 to 2017, Shota was the founder and the CEO of “BK Capital” construction company. From 2003 to 2009 worked in Moscow as CFO of “BK Capital”. From 1999 to 2003 worked in the investment banking sector in NY and London. In 1999 Shota graduated from Columbia University NY with Bachelor’s degree in Science and in 2002 Shota graduated from Cass Business School London with Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance and Risk Management.
Irakli Burdiladze
Managing Partner
Irakli Burdiladze received his education at Tbilisi State University, where he studied International Law and International Relations. He later earned a Master’s degree in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins University (Washington, D.C., USA). From 2000 to 2006, Irakli served as the Chief Financial Officer of GMT Group. Between 2006 and 2013, he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO at the Bank of Georgia. From 2013 to 2021, he led M2 Real Estate (later known as Georgian Real Estate Company). Since 2021, he has been a co-founder and managing partner at BK Holding.
Shorena Darchiashvili
CEO
Shorena Darchiashvili has held various leading positions in sales and marketing since 2013. From 2010 to 2013, she served as the Head of Internal Brand Management Unit of JSC Bank of Georgia. She had worked in S&M departments at various real estate developers. Received her graduate degree in marketing and international business at the BA Mosbach, Germany and the Bachelor’s degree at European School of Management.
Giorgi Natroshvili
CFO
Giorgi Natroshvili has held the position of CFO in the real estate industry. Has experience as Deputy CEO in charge of Finance and Operations. Before that, was the head of the financial planning, reporting and business control section at one of the leading telecommunications company of Georgia. Holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Free University of Tbilisi before earning CFA charter in 2016.
