Managing Partner, BK Holding LLCIrakli Burdiladze is Managing Partner and co-founder of BK Holding. He previously served as Co-CEO of M2 Real Estate, a subsidiary of Georgia Capital plc (LSE: CGEO, market cap c. USD 1 billion), and as Deputy CEO and CFO of Bank of Georgia (LSE: BGEO, market cap c. USD 3 billion). Earlier, he was CFO of GMT Group, owner and developer of Marriott hotels in Georgia. Irakli holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and a degree in International Law and International Relations from Tbilisi State University.

Giorgi Natroshvili

Bakuri Berekashvili
Chief Executive Officer, BK ConstructionBakuri Berekashvili is the Chief Executive Officer of BK Construction LLC, one of Georgia’s leading construction companies. He joined the company in 2019 and was appointed CEO in 2022 after successfully managing several large-scale development projects. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at the National Forensics Bureau and Tbilisi City Court. Bakuri holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

Prior to joining BK Holding, he worked as an Equity Analyst at 959 Capital LLP, a London-based hedge fund, and as an Advisor to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Parliament of Georgia. Archil holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge and double BA (Hons) in International Economics and Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from The American University of Paris.
